YAHAT – Creative & Expressive Arts Therapies Association in Israel

The Association is a non-profit organisation that aims to instil professional and quality standards for those engaged in arts therapy. It works to regulate and institutionalise the profession as part of the mental health professions and to increase public awareness of it.

The Association operates to promote the profession of arts therapy. It is responsible for outlining the ethical rules in the field, liaising with training programs, health bodies, and government ministries, and serving as the mouthpiece for arts therapists vis-à-vis these bodies.
