In 2016 we held the 2nd annual conference in Romania.

The second EFD conference, held in Bucharest in May 2016, Opening the Curtains, was intended as a step forward, a glance into te core knowledge that has been acquired through experimentation and inquiry all around Europe, exploring the ways in which dramatherapy has been constructed according to the approaches that became rooted in each country.

We discussed the state of dramatherapy in many countries, the application of dramatherapy across various fields, the question of the specificity of approaches developped in particular countries or cultures and the transformative qualities of dramatherapy according to each speaker.
